Homenaje a Shitao

Mist modifies the landscape. The sea dressed as fog, wants to become a mountain.

Water and stone, join in a slow, unique and heartless hug that can only happen in extraordinary circumstances. Water and stone is a brief encountering forming the same identity.

The piece is a life recording with a still camera filmed without interruption from 12h 45´ until 16h on the 26th march 2006.The total amount of images were condensed into 7´41´´, which is the total length of the piece.

In the bottom part of the image, there is a text from the theoretician and painter Shitao (1641-1707) that has been superimposed.
